Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 26 August 2026

We want every learner to be able to use this course, whatever their access needs.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the course platform, and to fix accessibility barriers that learners report to us. We are not currently aware of any areas that do not meet this standard.

Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements — navigation, course screens, knowledge checks and the assessment — can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.

Readable text and contrast

Text uses accessible sizes and colour contrast, and reflows when you zoom or increase your browser's text size.

Alternative text

Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

Video captions and transcripts

This course does not include video content.

Mobile responsiveness

The course works on phones, tablets and desktop computers, in portrait or landscape.

Requesting reasonable accessibility support

If you need content in another format, extra time for the assessment, or another reasonable adjustment, contact us and we will discuss what we can offer. For example, we can offer extended assessment time or content in an alternative format.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Email zara@harnesschange.co.uk describing the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
