Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund, without giving a reason — subject to the digital content rules below.

This course is digital content supplied online rather than a physical product or a scheduled service. It is made available to you immediately after payment is confirmed.

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access to the course straight away, and to acknowledge that you will lose the statutory right to cancel once access begins. This is shown on the checkout page before payment is confirmed.

Where you gave that consent and acknowledgement and have started the course, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. If you have not accessed any course content, your cancellation right within 14 days is unaffected.

Refunds are available where:

• you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed any course content;
• you were charged twice or charged in error;
• the course is faulty, not as described, or we cannot provide access.

Discretionary refunds outside these circumstances may be offered in exceptional cases and do not affect your statutory rights.

Email zara@harnesschange.co.uk with the name on the account, the email address used, the purchase date and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of approval. Course access is withdrawn when a full refund is issued; partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If a technical fault prevents you from using the course, contact us first — we will try to fix it. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
